Frequently Asked Questions

Go to tb88kit Register and fill in your mobile number, a password and your preferred currency (BDT). Confirm your number by entering the OTP sent to your phone. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to open an account.

No. tb88kit allows one account per person, per household and per device. If you try to open a second account, both accounts may be suspended and any pending balance may be voided. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact Live Chat instead of opening a new one.

You need to submit one government-issued photo ID before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Upload clear photos of the front and back through your account dashboard. The review team usually completes verification within 6 hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 2 hours after KYC is approved.

On the tb88kit Login page, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the mobile number linked to your account. You will receive a reset OTP. Enter the OTP, set a new password and log in. If you no longer have access to that number, contact Live Chat with your NID for a manual reset.

The minimum single deposit is ৳250. There is no published maximum per transaction, but very large amounts via mobile banking may be subject to your mobile operator's own daily limits. If you need to deposit a large sum, Bank Transfer is usually the most convenient route. See the full Deposit Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your tb88kit wallet within 2 minutes in most cases. If the balance does not appear after 10 minutes, check your mobile banking transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact Live Chat with the transaction ID.

Once you submit a request, tb88kit processes it within 34 minutes on average. First-time withdrawals may take up to 2 hours because KYC verification runs in parallel. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays follow the same processing schedule — the team operates around the clock.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,400. The maximum in a single calendar day is ৳2,00,000 at Bronze VIP level. Higher VIP tiers have larger daily limits — Gold allows up to ৳7,50,000 per day and Platinum up to ৳14,00,000. See the Withdrawal & KYC Guide for the full tier breakdown.

First, confirm that your KYC documents have been approved in your account settings. If KYC is complete and more than 60 minutes have passed, open Live Chat and share your withdrawal reference number. The support team can check the status and escalate if needed. Do not submit a duplicate request — it will not speed things up.

When you make your first deposit, tb88kit credits 125% of that amount as bonus funds. So a ৳1,000 deposit gives you ৳1,250 in bonus, bringing your total playable balance to ৳2,250. The maximum bonus is capped at ৳14,500. You need to wager the bonus amount 12 times before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. The bonus is valid for 7 days after it is credited.

All settled bets — wins and losses — qualify for the 0.5% daily cashback. The cashback is calculated on your net turnover for the previous day and credited to your wallet automatically each morning. It has no wagering requirement, so you can withdraw it straight away once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met. See the full Bonus & VIP Guide for details.
