Accepting These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and tb88kit. Access to any part of the platform — including the lobby, sports markets, and promotional pages — constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Continued use after any update means you accept the revised version.

Your tb88kit Account

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold exactly one tb88kit account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person — by device, IP address, payment method, or document — both accounts may be suspended and bonuses cancelled.

Keeping Your Details Accurate

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a working phone number at registration. Keeping this information current is your responsibility. tb88kit is not liable for failed withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect account details.

Account Security

Your login credentials are private. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately. tb88kit is not responsible for losses arising from credentials shared by the account holder.

Deposits and Minimum Amounts

tb88kit accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Deposits made using accounts that do not belong to you will be reversed. tb88kit does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Processing times may be longer during bank maintenance windows; tb88kit is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is released, tb88kit requires identity verification (KYC).

Documents must be legible, unedited, and show your full name and date of birth. Altered or blurred images will be rejected and will delay your withdrawal. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.

Bonus Rules and Wagering

All bonuses offered by tb88kit — including the first-deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and cashback — are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonuses may not be used on games explicitly excluded from the promotion. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or exploiting technical errors — will result in account suspension and bonus cancellation. tb88kit may withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

tb88kit operates a fair gaming environment powered by certified providers including Evolution, Ezugi, JILI, Sexy Gaming, JDB, and Habanero. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games.

• Placing bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent ("bonus hunting").
• Requesting chargebacks or reversals through your bank after a valid transaction has been processed.

Liability and Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible, but emergency downtime may occur without notice. tb88kit is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, internet connectivity failures on your end, or device compatibility issues.

In all cases, tb88kit's maximum liability to any single player for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Responsible Gaming

tb88kit takes problem gambling seriously. If you feel that your gambling is becoming harmful, you can:

• Set a deposit limit on your account — contact support to activate this.
• Request a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) via live chat.
